I have been knitting and stuff.....

Yes, I've become a slow knitter and the main reason is because I have more than one project OTN and this for some weird psychological reason...slows me down!

Okay, I've not been able to post these for a while because they had to be sent to my pal Colleen as a way of welcoming her baby to be (soon, very soon!). Now that she's seen them and likes them I can share:

1st up is the Mason Dixon baby kimono I knit this with Lionbrand Cottonease, perfect for baby, soft and machine wash & dryable! Boy...babies are tiny, I just hope these things fit!

Next we have the lovely 10 cable hat from Julie Also knit with Cottonease...it's so cute!

And last, but certainly not least! The baby socks from another friend of mine by the name of Julie! How cute are these?! They may not fit for very long, but they are certainly fun to make! And, I readily admit....these socks have turned me around on my thoughts of toe up socknitting! I really enjoyed these, the figure 8 cast on did it, I think!

So, here we are in mid Oct and I've not even knit 30 items....a slow, slow year for this knit girl! But, lots of designing for my honey, that does take up a good deal of time, even if it's only for socks! And, I don't see that ending any time, soon, LOL! As a matter of fact, I hope to finish a pair for him today, but I didn't write a pattern, these were a simple toe up pattern I was trying, hate it...but, it's a different cast on toe, I'll try the figure on adult socks...who knows, one day in the future I may even design toe up socks....stranger things have happened!

So sorry, much more to say and show, but must rush........

You babyknits look gorgeous.

but...if your a slow knitter with less than 30 items, what am I? I think I'll barely manage to get 10 this year...

Those baby items are just fabulous! I'm with Lieke :) I've not knit nearly enough this year compared to my first year....to many life changes but at least I'm still knitting! Sending huge hugs!

Slow knitter! It's October and I've managed 5 knitted projects. Admittedly 1 of those was that dressing but still! The baby items look so sweet.
