Such EXCITEMENT!!!!!!!!

Such a LIE! LOL!
I have nothing to say really, but thought I would take this brief moment while I'm up to say hello to you all and that I MISS YOU TERRIBLY! My goodness, I have not read a blog in this past month since I've been on this blasted bedrest...well, I take that back, I may have read 1 or 2, but not the many, many that I read and enjoy every week. Back in May when I began blogging I never would have thought that I would have enjoyed it so....and enjoy getting to know ya'll so much better! LOL, when this has happened in the past (and, for those of you who don't really know me, the doc puts me on bedrest a few times a year for part of the pain control, no biggie...as I've said before, I just live in pain, I am VERY BLESSED, I am not dying and I have an outstanding husband, family, friends and support!) I had a heck of a problem staying away from my very favorite knitting forum and friends, Knitting Help (notice the new look, see, Amy has added a store! How exciting !!! I am going to write a sock pattern to give her as a CONGRATS on the store...but that will be a bit in the future)...but NOW....it's really hard to stay in bed and away from the blog roll and knitting rings....my goodness, I am ADDICTED to not only (which is a given...duh), but to blogging .... not because I'm lurking about wanting to know what goes on in everyone's lives (well...that's probably part of the reason ) but because I enjoy getting to know other people...other knitters especially, because, let's face it...we ARE fabulous!
All that said to say, the doc has me on bedrest...still, yes, I remain in (except for now, when I'm cheating because I had to jump in here with an update!) I was in the doc's office yesterday (I have the best pain doc in the world, these people get me in the office the day that I call with a problem and take me directly to the back to see the doc or PA!) for a medication adjustment and a shot..I'm allergic to nsaids, so I have to get a shot of the big boys periodically...steroids, but, when you hurt like this, ya gotta do what ya gotta do! I do feel a bit better with the adjustment and shot from yesterday and the (almost) month of bedrest, which is GREAT! Because My Man and I have a vacation coming up...as long as I'm ready for it, all is well!
On the knitting front, I continue to work on and she's almost done! Then there is the rest of the ensemble that will go with this lovely wrap and the Christmas socks, A Touch of Whimsy socks, my Whimsy scarf, etc, etc that I would like to knit (now)....as long as my vacay knitting is done...all is well!
I wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas and happy holiday season!
And, I really, really, really MISS YOU! Please continue to remember me in your prayers...it's working!
