Happy Blogiversary to Me!!!

I almost let it slip by! Today is the 1st Anniversay of Whimsical Knitting!! Of course, Knitting Yoda sees me through all things knitty, he gives and takes the knitting force...MoJo and SoJo (Mo's little sister, SockJo) as he sees fit. I will admit, there have been times when I've not been the Knitting Jedi that I should be when MoJo and SoJo forces have left me, but when I turn to Knitting Yoda for a few words of knitting knowledge, they always return, for that I Knitting Yoda (forgive me for not using Yoda speak, please).

And let's not forget he who has seen me through MANY knitting adventures, Chef Knitterie and all of his knowledge of both knitting and fine cuisine! I would not have made it throught the World Cup of Knitting without him this is a well known fact, he certainly got me through! I hope he returns soon, he is abroad visiting family and studying.

Then, of course, all of you...I many, many times over! Without your help I never would have understood this world of Blog! I've met so many new friends through blogging, for that I am eternally blessed and honored Ya'll all rock!!!! And many of you roll, too !

You have inspired me to put my designs on paper and blog, again...thanks! I am overwhelmed by the popularity of my little designs!!! It's astonishing...thanks to each and every one of you who have chosen to knit one, you will never know just how honored I am that you have done so, you make me feel all and when you choose to knit a WK Design,
!!!

And, you have all shared my joy as you have "met" the love of my life, Lonnie as I have shared some of the ways he spoils me rotten!! Speaking of that, he just ordered this vintage Bex bakelite yarn holder for me (notice how it's yellowed/brown a bit on the cord, that' from nicotine!!!! I can clean it, though!) She is a wonderful addition to our yarn holder collection (oh, the red/pink/white one from last week arrived yesterday....dreamy!).

Yes indeed, this girl who said, "Me?! I won't ever blog, that's just weird!" a few years ago has now been blogging for a year and loving every minute of it....fyi, those words were chewy as I ate them, LOL, but ate them I did! All in all, a great Blogging Year!!
